Our team is committed to advancing our indoor delivery robot technology to enhance its auto-navigation capabilities. Our goal is to introduce the robot to supermalls, where it can serve as a helpful guide, tour assistant, and store recommender. We will be utilizing the same successful structure that we have implemented for the robot's assistance in museums, office buildings, and factories.
While the indoor delivery robot has been successful in museums, office buildings, and factories, supermalls present a different set of challenges with a diverse and ever-changing environment.
AIYO Project Brief
Design Objective
Develop and deploy an advanced indoor delivery robot with enhanced auto-navigation capabilities, capable of serving as a helpful guide, tour assistant, and personalized store recommender in supermalls, while maintaining its effectiveness in other indoor environments.

Research Methods
-
Super mall field observation;
A.Invesgate the potential static and dynamic challenges forrobot hardware R&D team.
-
User focus group analysis, Competitive Analysis;
A.Summarize as a personas and user story for Product Manager;
B. Possible software solution for cloud R&D team.

Field research in Songjiang Shopping Mall investigated the dynamic and static challenges for touring robotics, which is a good start for navigation, IoT, and hardware R&D teams to select a different route solution for robots.

Redesign Applet homepage for various robot services
Amid KAGO's flourishing robot service business, we've expanded successfully into various sectors like office building deliveries, factory operations, museums, and even ventured into guiding tours in exhibitions. To keep pace with this growth and diversification, we're revamping our Applet homepage.
1. Card-Based Display: Use the form of a card to display all the waybill information that the user needs to know.
2. Streamlined User Operations: The user's basic operation buttons are supposed to be assembled on the card.
3. Prominent Robot Service: The robot service is placed on the home page of the same level.
4. Integrated Personal Entry: The personal entry is integrated into the home page, not showing any secondary pages.
