To embody the robot character design and manage all the robot interactions based on users' experience. We figure out an agreement depending on the Multi-Machine Interaction Code.

The outcome from the interacting configuration.

After joint debugging in this stage, the configuration solution works fair enough for the UX Designer. But it's not easy to launch and iterate. Every change needs to launch a whole new version for the robot, which is an internet flow wasting, so does time. 

Therefore, I decided to design a configuration platform for sustainability using this interaction set-up method.

 

Scheme 1 - Configuration Platform

The first concept I came up with is based on the media library, and all the interaction codes are fixed in this stage. Besides the robot character configuration, I also developed the behaviour configuration base on the UXR Shopping Mall Analysis.

Unfortunately, the behaviour configuration could not be done in the first stage. Thus, I change the scheme to the next vision.

Scheme 2 - Configuration Platform

The second concept is based on the interaction codes agreement and the media library. The condition code could set the Scenes Library and bound with a specific media package on the character management page.
